The S58 Engine Cooling System
The S58 high-performance engine adopts a professional three-front radiator cooling configuration, including one large central main radiator and two compact auxiliary radiators installed in front of both wheel wells. Tuned and upgraded S58 power units generate drastically higher heat output during aggressive driving, making it difficult for factory cooling components to sustain stable engine temperatures during intense street cruising, track days and drag strip competitions. Stock OEM auxiliary radiators feature slim, low-capacity cores and fragile plastic end tanks, which cannot cope with the thermal load of modified vehicles. Upgrading to our performance auxiliary radiators effectively stabilizes operating temperatures and eliminates overheating risks for tuned setups.
Our Solution
The factory reserved installation space for S58 auxiliary radiators supports significant upgrades in both frontal cooling surface area and core thickness on both sides of the vehicle. The stock left and right auxiliary radiators share an identical structure, and JQmod performance auxiliary radiators are engineered as perfect direct drop-in replacements for both sides. We provide this upgrade as a complete paired set, as single-side replacement cannot deliver full cooling performance optimization. Our upgraded auxiliary radiators deliver substantially enhanced cooling capacity, effectively suppressing heat soak and maintaining consistent thermal efficiency under continuous high-load operation.
