The JQmod intercooler included in this BigPack adopts a massive 97mm thick core produced by Garrett, with a maximum power tolerance of up to 1000hp. It is engineered to maximize air circulation while effectively lowering intake temperatures, making it an excellent upgrade for high-performance street vehicles and track-only race cars. The intercooler core adopts cutting-edge aerospace-grade heat dissipation technology to achieve efficient heat exchange. Meanwhile, our custom-designed end tanks ensure even air distribution across the entire core surface. Upgraded 80mm precision-machined hose interfaces greatly outperform the stock 70mm ports, completely eliminating factory air flow bottlenecks. No matter your existing vehicle configuration, this intercooler kit delivers remarkable overall performance upgrades.
The supporting JQmod charge pipe kit is professionally developed to complement and maximize the performance advantages of the JQmod performance intercooler. Factory OEM charge pipes feature unreasonable curved structures and lack performance-oriented optimization. In contrast, our upgraded charge pipes boast enlarged inner diameters and full flow-optimized piping structure, boosting air flow capacity by 31% compared with original OEM parts.
On the hot side (Turbo to Intercooler), our kit is equipped with a large 70mm (2 ¾”) aluminum pipe. It abandons the restrictive flat structural design of the original factory pipe between the engine and inner wheel well for smoother air delivery. On the cold side (Intercooler to Throttle Body), our one-piece cast aluminum charge pipe extends fully from the throttle body to the intercooler outlet. This pipe features a large 86mm hose port connecting to the intercooler, replacing the OEM 64mm interface. The upgraded size perfectly matches the 80mm large hose interface of the JQmod performance intercooler. Additionally, the pipe is fitted with two CNC precision-machined 1/8 NPT ports, reserved for methanol injection systems, boost pressure sensors and other auxiliary modifications.
All supporting hoses adopt a 4-layer reinforced structure, capable of withstanding extreme high boost pressure and high-temperature operating environments. The pipe connection ends feature a stepped inner hole design, achieving seamless transition between hoses and pipes and effectively reducing air flow turbulence. Each set is equipped with high-strength hose clamps to ensure tight, leak-free installation and stable long-term operation.

Optimized air flow & reduced pressure loss: At a pressure drop of 0.125 bar / 1.81 psi, the air flow reaches 412 CFM, a 31% increase over the stock 314 CFM! Accurate CFM test data is available in the product image charts.
Adopts motorsport-grade high-density Bar&Plate core from Garrett, supporting up to 1000hp power output.
Features unique 3D free-form integrated cast end tanks for uniform air distribution.
Comes with a chromoly steel crash beam that avoids blocking ambient air intake. Note: This crash beam has not passed official crash tests and does not comply with road legal standards, making it specially designed for high-performance track vehicles.
